Windows 10
Thunderbird version 128.9.2esr
Settings > General
Files & Attachments
Click on an Action and select 'Use Other'
'Select Helper Application' window opens.
Actual REsults:
The window height is too short.
The buttons at the bottom do not display. 'Browse', 'OK' and 'Cancel'
There is only a tiny slither indicating there are buttons.
There is no means of resizing the window.
Expected REsults:
Window would have sufficient height to auto display all buttons at the bottom.
Also an option to increase window size.
Also tested in 'Beta' 138.0b3

In beta there is means of resizing the window but it is not remembered, so need to resize every time.

Window would have sufficient height to auto display all buttons at the bottom.
Option to increase window size if desired.
