Attached image Landing Failed

Bug 1925039 was about trying to land D224712 with 15 parent patches, and 23 children, leading to a (60s) timeout.

Now without the children, trying to land D224712 takes 40s (1st attempt, 3rd attempt took 30s) and resolves with:

Landing Failed

  • The warnings present when the request was constructed have changed. Please acknowledge the new warnings and try again.

Trying to ack and land again as instructed results in no different outcomes.

Unsure if it's relevant for the bug but the warnings are of the types:

Static analysis and linting are still in progress. [D224712]

and

Static analysis and linting did not run due to failure in applying the patch. [D224712]

which both are inaccurate.

This is similar to bug 1878430 but I haven't been able to work around it by rebasing as was done there, because the files I am touching are not frequently changed. And if phabricator doesn't consider the files changed, it won't trigger the jobs needed to clear the warnings.

By installing moz-phab locally with bug 1924716 applied I was able to trigger new Harbormaster jobs. Hopefully that unblocks me.
