Steps to reproduce:
In Thunderbird version 132.0.1 (32-bit) running in Windows 10 version 22H2 (Build 19045.5131), when composing a message, there is no option to "Add to Dictionary" when I right-click on a word with a wavy red line under it. The problem does not occur with Thunderbird 64-bit.
Under Tools > Settings > Composition > HTML Style, selecting the first option of "Variable Width" with size "Medium" causes the problem. I've tested dozens of other HTML Style settings and so far this is the only combination that causes the problem - any other Font is OK, and any other Variable Width size is OK.
Actual results:
In TB 32-bit when I right-click on a word with a wavy red underline, there is no option to "Add to Dictionary".
Expected results:
Right-clicking on a word with a wavy red underline should have an option to "Add to Dictionary".

This has most likely the same cause as Bug 1925365.
