As a followup to bug 1909746 and bug 1910409 there might be edgecases in which the "download complete" dialog would be shown at the same time together with autocomplete dialogs for logins/addresses/credit cards.
As a recommendation from Aarjav we should re-evaluate how the download complete panel is shown, one option being to show it as a modal on top of everything else (including the toolbars and autocomplete dialogs) similar to the "start download" dialog.
