Let's please remove Chatbot experiments from Firefox Labs Nightly and Release 135.
Rationale
-
In Nightly 135, we will flip the sidebar.revamp to true, and the chatbot will become available on an opt-in basis to all Nightly users (so we no longer need the checkbox).

In Nightly and Release 135, we would need to launch a Nimbus rollout instead of adding the experiments via a .toml file.
Let's triple-confirm the Nimbus team readiness for 135 before we start on this, though.

is it necessary to prevent it from showing up in release 135? we can hide chatbot from labs for those who get the experiment/rollout just like what we've done for 133 experiments

Unfortunately, there's a high chance the Nimbus-powered Labs implementation is going to move to 136. I will check in with the Nimbus team today, but we might need to target this patch for 136 instead.

how does nimbus-powered labs affect this turning on by default in 135? removing it sooner makes it so that chatbot doesn't need an entry in the new labs implementation whenever it's ready
there are some test failures in defaulting on chatbot, and today is start of nightly 136 anyway

based on existing user results, we'll be turning on new sidebar in 136 timeframe, so users will be able to remove the chatbot icon by customizing the new sidebar. before 136, we'll roll out chatbot enabling by default but keeping the labs entry for people to remove it from the old sidebar menus

this will land after bug 1936379 allowing users to turn on new sidebar and customize/remove chatbot tool and bug 1944101 to avoid showing chatbot for existing sidebar users
