With the Solaris 1.3b build (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS sun4u; en-US; rv:1.3b)
Gecko/20030211), when displaying mail in the 3-pane MailNews window, if there is
an attachment, the message sub-window is increasing in size, causing the left
panel (folder list) to shrink.  When I switch to a message without an
attachment, it returns to it's previous size.  This should not happen...
was once fixed in bug 168937
