checkbox (lowest on the page) can´t be checked, all other checkboxes are ok.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to check checkbox
Actual Results:  
is grey while mousedown, white after mouseup, stays unchecked

Expected Results:  
change status checked vs. unchecked

I can definitely confirm this with today's build, but this has been an
outstanding issue for a long time. But I'm not sure if I haven't seen a
duplicate of this bug somewhere, therefore I'm adding the QAWANTED keyword.

This bug should depend on bug 177572: unchecking "enable images" in prefs does
not disable images
