1952285 - Add review-checker to the sidebar.newTool.migration pref branch

Once the patch lands in bug 1920489, we'll introduce review-checker to the sidebar launcher one time for all sidebar users. You'll need to add pref("sidebar.newTool.migration.reviewchecker", '{ "visibilityPref": "browser.shopping.experience2023.integratedSidebar"}') to profile/firefox.js.

Edit: Based on latest changes in bug 1920489 - and after confirming with Ania - its recommended to add this to the profile with the visibilityPref property above, and then nimbus will enable the integratedSidebar pref to a segment of users. Doing it this way will ensure that only users who have the pref governing the RC panel visibility enabled will have the tool added to their launcher.

Setting browser.shopping.experience2023.integratedSidebar=true will add the Review Checker tool to the sidebar launcher with this migration.
