Once the ability to reorder folders is implemented, we should follow up with a few steps to improve the experience.
- Visually mark dragged folders
- Ignore above and below dropped targets of the currently dragged folder
- Explore a better drop indicator (same SVG as tab sorting? Expand space?)
- Success or error notification?
