195985 - Can't click OK to dismiss bookmark local-file-not-found error dialog

If I have no browser windows open and I select from the Bookmarks menu a
bookmark to a local file that doesn't exist (this might happen, for example, if
I got bitten by bug 195984), then I get an alert dialog with an error message
and an OK button.  However, there is no way to click to dismiss that dialog --
clicking OK doesn't do anything, and the dialog just hangs around beside other
windows.  Hitting Return does dismiss it and brings up a new blank window.

Daniel:  The hardware field on this bug is set to "Mac".  Have you tried to
reproduce this on a Mac?

Due to bug 200414 the bookmarks menu is empty when no windows are open, but one
can reproduce this bug just as easily as follows:

Start with no open windows.  Open the Manage Bookmarks window and click on a
bookmark to a local file that doesn't exist.

When reproduced this way, neither mouse clicks on the OK button nor Return or
other keys can dismiss the dialog.
