We should support meeting-related item types since they can show up in email folders. In addition to MeetingRequest, that's also MeetingMessage, MeetingResponse and MeetingCancellation (as per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/client-developer/web-service-reference/items).

This shouldn't be too difficult to support, since all four types seem to be associated with MIME contents that describe an RFC822 email with an .ics attachment, so we can likely treat them the same way as Message. Meaning in theory, all that needs to happen is adding them to the RealItem enum in ews-rs and tweaking ews_xpcom to treat them the same way as a Message.

Things to try when testing this:

1. Send a meeting request from another account and verify that you receive the invitation.
2. Update the meeting from the other account and verify that you receive the update.
3. Cancel the meeting invite and verify that you receive the cancellation.
4. Schedule a meeting from the exchange account (may need to use the outlook web interface to do this) and respond from another account. Verify you receive the meeting accepted/rejected response.
