Steps to reproduce:

Sync loads of mails, ex. add new mail

Actual results:

the activiy window flickers it shows the indexing element and removes it.

Expected results:

while downloading new messages, keep the element for indexing permanent visible, ex use a timer, keep it there for at least 10s
