What we observed happening is that sometimes, we would hit the timeout limit. After the changes made in Bug 1966496, the flakiness should be fixed. We will remove the ignores in that bug. Instead, we will update this bug to add back the back navigation from the menu and the opening a new tab from the menu that was removed in Bug 1961852. We will do this after the menu redesign is complete

Changing this to an enhancement rather than a bug, to see if this is still something we want to consider
