This only applies when MREC is in a four medium card layout and the headlines of the non-spoc cards are one/two lines.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible using the latest Firefox Release 140.0.4 (Build ID: 20250707120347) and Firefox Beta 141.0b7 (Build ID: 20250707090559) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 15.4.1, and Ubuntu 24.04 x64. I can confirm that the medium rectangle ads look like in the provided screenshot from here.
