It seems to be stuck in a loop, continuously starting and stopping. It worked fine for the first few times after installing Mozilla and I have no problems in Mandrake 9. I have both OS's. did you disable 'read cookies' in Prefs -> Advanced -> Script & Plugins ?
Got e-mail from reporter: "read cookies was disabled, works fine once re-enabled" dupe of bug 143810 via bug 177426 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 143810 ***
