in the Bookmark Manager, the "Last Visited" column is never updated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the bookmark manager
2. Click on any link
3. Go back to the bookmark manager
4. look: there is nothing to see ;-)

Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
this column should contain the date when I last successfully accessed to the
linked page.

This seems to be a duplicate of either bug 119796 (with a patch, but duped to
124819) or bug 124819.

sorry about duplicating the bug, I had searched for the words "Last Visited" and hadn't found this problem. perhaps a bug in bugzilla? ;-) I just tested it again... and THE DATES ARE NOW CORRECTLY DISPLAYED. When I first entered the bug, I had just installed the final release of 1.3 over 1.3b3. Maybe this has a relation.

I will give the chronology again:
1.3b3: bug
1.3 final just after install (quick launch enabled): bug (i had unloaded 1.3b3 before installing 1.3 final)
1.3 final after a few hours: no bug anymore.
