There are a number of items in the Account Settings screen that we currently don't support. This may confuse users if they try to change so we should hide the options until these features are available, if ever. These should be considered:
Follow IMAP exclusions as a guide

- Allow immediate server notifications when new messages arrive
- Fetch headers only
- Leave messages on server and subkeys
