The Firefox repo has migrated to Github, but pushes there are being synced back to hg.mozilla.org and our CI is still being triggered via pulse events fired by hgmo.

This bug will track transitioning Gecko CI from hg.mozilla.org to the mozilla-firefox/firefox Github repo.
