Filing this to track isolated process media related issues because they are distributed across a few bugs.
Test failures (includes more than media, but media is the main cluster):

Before ffmepg decoder, I suggest we turn off Java's PDM if isolated process mode. Actually we have an API to turn on isolated process in GeckoView (And secret setting on Fenix), if using Java's PDM, content process will crash with isolated process now. Currently since we have no crash report on content process yet, we don't know crash data on content process.
