Drag and Drop attachments from Thunderbird to the desktop stopped working again with Thunderbird 143. This was fixed in Thunderbird 139 and is therefore a regression of bug 1958549. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1958549

Steps to reproduce:

You receive a mail with an attachment.
You drag an attached file from this message and drop it onto the desktop of your Mac to download it.

Actual results:

The attached file is not saved to the desktop (or any other folder I tried).

This is on MacOS 15.6 MacMini M1.

Expected results:

The attached file should be saved to the desktop.
It works under windows but not under Mac. It used to work up until now.
