Steps to reproduce:

recurring issue : unable to drag attachments out of emails into OS folders.

this has been an issue previously, but was resolved. stopped working again last week (presumably after update), updated again this morning to 144.0, issue remains.

MacOS 15.6.1 | Thunderbird 144.0.

Actual results:

receive email with attachments, try to drag from email to MacOS folder, the folder highlights, but drop does not occur. tried inline attachment, and was able to drag that ok.

Expected results:

usually, i'm able to drag attached files from the email to a MacOS folder.

This issue seems to have been reported in the past, going back at least a couple years, and pops up intermittently.

Also... thank you for supporting the best (imo) email app out there since Eudora of the 90's! You all rock!
