Bug 1988635 removed the ability to apply a theme when High Contrast Mode is enabled.
Because of this, we can remove in (prefers-contrast) media queries the :root:not([lwtheme]) selector.

With removing the themes support with HCT enabled, we need the [lwtheme] override no more.
