2001290 - Can't scroll the text inside the address bar most of the time

Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 13; Mobile; rv:145.0) Gecko/145.0 Firefox/145.0

Steps to reproduce:

Go to any website using Firefox for Android
Open the address bar and try to scroll sideways using the grabbable cursor

Actual results:

The address bar text only moves up to one character, doesn't scroll sideways as in other browsers and apps and older versions of Firefox for Android

Expected results:

The address bar text should scroll sideway
