Steps to reproduce:

Open any email in Thunderbird that contains one or more attachments.

Select an attachment and attempt to drag it into a Finder window or onto the desktop.

Release the mouse button.

Actual results:

The attachment cannot be dropped into Finder. The operation is blocked.

Expected results:

Attachments should be draggable into Finder windows or onto the desktop, as in previous macOS versions.
