2004703 - "Back" option is white with light theme

Steps to reproduce

1. With light theme enabled, go through settings.
2. Observe the "back" option from the top-left corner.

Expected behavior

The "back" option is visible, and black.

Actual behavior

The "back" option is barely visible, and white.

Device information

• Firefox version: Nightly 147.0a1 from 12/7
• Android devices: Xiaomi Poco X7 Pro (Android 15), Pixel 6 (Androdi 16)
