It seems it's enabled by default in https://searchfox.org/firefox-main/rev/c836d51da4179d7b456d02d22e2f40c8b1a9b3d7/modules/libpref/init/all.js#183, but when running tests it's disabled?
Maybe we should consider disabling it by default, starting in nightly.
