If you click on a select box and the options appear as a drop-down and the
option tags have associated title attributes, browser correctly displays the
titles as tooltips but they appear near the top left corner of the browser
regardless of where the drop-down list is located.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Code an HTML doc with a select and a few options
2.Add title attributes to the options
3.Browse the doc, click the select, and mouse-over the options

Actual Results:  
Options' titles appeared as tooltips, but in the wrong place

Expected Results:  
Tooltips should appear somewhere near the mouse

I did not test any other build

The little movie shows: looks fine with 'Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-AT; rv:1.8.0.8) Gecko/20061030 SeaMonkey/1.0.6', I can't see any problem
