Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new bookmark pointing to e.g. https://theregister.co.uk
2. Click on new bookmark.

Actual results:

The bookmark retains the standard globe favicon.

Expected results:

Favicon should be pulled from https://theregister.com following the 301 redirect.
