2033037 - Update PBM newtab for Nova

For Nova the private browsing newtab page is getting a new design with:

• new background (fox tail)
• New font
• New logo

Need to check how to get the design tokens into newtab.

Did you implement the correct background color? Unfortunately I don't have access to any Figma file. But the mockups that appeared in media reports a few weeks ago showed a background that was more purple and the new background color is black now. This is also an unfortunate color because the fox tail image that was implemented in this bug is almost invisible to me against this black background.
