User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:151.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/151.0

Steps to reproduce:

I switched to the new sidebar, following a callout.

Actual results:

I noticed that the sidebar header:

  • has inconsistent spacing between Firefox tools (e.g. History) and extension (Tree-style tabs)
  • has larger spacing, wasting space (the font is smaller but the header has a similar height). I don't know if that's intentional.

(The icon & drop-down are also missing. I assume that's intentional, but bringing them back could be a (welcome) solution to #2010242.)

Expected results:

Pixel-perfect layout with plenty of space for content :)

(Bug 1977232 "[meta] Old sidebar deprecation" should depend on this; I don't know how to set that.)
