STR:
- Make a right click on the sidebar launcher and select "hide sidebar"
- Press Cmd + B to open the bookarks sidebar
- Press Cmd + B to close the sidebar
Actual:
The sidebar launcher is still visible.
Expected:
The sidebar launcher is not visible. It's a regression from bug 2047653. It basically reverts the behavior of bug 2007183.
