Once Nova ships and we move Recent Tab groups to the Application menu, we need to make a few updates to get the menu to the spec'd state:

  • remove Current window subtitle,
  • decide whether to reposition the hairline that currently separates Search All Tabs, Close Duplicate Tabs, and New Container Tabs from the tab list to separate Search All Tabs from Close Duplicate Tabs, and New Container Tabs.

We will be keeping the list of tab groups in the List All Tabs menu in Firefox 160 when we turn on the app menu list.

As a result, I think we should keep the "Current window" subtitle and keep the separator in place until we decide to actually remove tab groups from the list all tabs menu. I'll move this bug into the epic for moving the tab groups list
