In version 155, panels in compact mode still retain large rounded corners. Since compact mode reduces padding of panels and makes items inside more compact, the oversized corner radius looks visually inconsistent and clashes with the denser layout. The corners should be less rounded to better match the compact design and maintain visual harmony.

Thank you for the report. I see what you mean about the visual balance between the different border radiuses. Did you notice any panels where there was clipping or other issues when in compact mode? There is bug 2057169 that should get resolved soon, but that's not specific to compact mode and I don't think that will change panels.

I clicked some random menus, and they barely avoid being cut off on Windows. However, the attachment for bug 2057169 seems to show the issue in compact mode, so I think the problem is specific to compact mode, since standard mode provides enough corner padding.

Oh, I got it. That bug is talking about menupopup, not the panel here.
