We'd like to create autoland, but for Thunderbird.

Some of the initial steps I'm planning that shouldn't impact existing Thunderbird development/processes:

  • Create autoland branch in thunderbird-desktop
  • Create Mercurial comm-autoland
  • Add git-hg-sync mapping
  • Register comm-autoland in fxci-config
  • Add Thunderbird Taskgraph project parameters
  • Add Treeherder and TreeStatus entries
  • Add the autoland Lando repository
