206713 - GtkMozEmbed should overide the GtkWidget signal "popup-menu" and emit a signal

Right now to the best of my knowledge it is impossible for gtk2 embedders to
catch the shift+f10 keypress events, since this keypress is used by the
GtkWidget "pop-menu" signal. It would be nice for GtkMozembed to catch this
signal and emit something like:

gint (* dom_popup_menu)      (GtkMozEmbed *embed, gpointer dom_event)

This is preventing epiphany from using the standard shortcuts for popups, and I
can't find any other way around this.

This is a duplicate of bug 142510 which has a patch. nsIDOMContextMenuListener
provides exactly what this bug is asking for.
