Overview: Most of a row is being painted off the page.

Steps to Reproduce: go to to the URL, and notice the upper right image links.

Actual Results: column is aligned so far right that you would need to scroll
right.

Expected Results: column should be aligned so that all of it appears when the
page first loads.

Build: 1999-1203-15 build on Windows NT (sp6)

I reviewed bug #1302, which was an old bug for 'over-specified colspans'
and found that those testcases still passed using Dec 03 WinNT build. So,
_in_general_ 'over-specified colspans' is not the core problem (IMHO ;).

 I modified [e-mail] attachment to make a different change: remove
the NOWRAP from the 'first-row, right-column'. This fixes the layout.

I'll followup momentarily with another testcase (which will get rid of
the rest of the IMG, text, and non-relevant attributes).

Well, as it turns out, I don't see this with either the testcase from
[e-mail] or my testcase. However, I still see it if I go directly to
www.microsoft.com. [using win95 1999123008].

I'll attach the isolated table from microsoft to this bug report, but I'm
not really sure why this happens. I do note one thing though -- if the
(window.innerWidth <= 708) then the page lays out OK. Otherwise, the table
is ~1200px wide (a guesstimate only).

REOPENING (and I can almost hear karnaze say &#*$@ from here).

I'm not seeing a problem on any of the test cases. Some of them actually look 
better than IE. The 3rd attachment now looks better (than 6.0) after a recent 
checkin, but that is a different problem.

www.microsoft.com is a bit wider than in IE, but is similar to Nav4.7, so I'm 
not sure if this is a bug or not. I'm marking this wontfix. If someone can come 
up with a test case (better than the 4th attachment) that demonstrates the 
problem, please reopen.
