In my online banking site, one section that used to work fine on moz 1.1 now
doesn't allways work with 1.3.1, since I can't point you to the page (needs
login) I'll show you the source:

It works fine on konqueror and moz 1.1

Expected Results:  
The buttons should not be disabled, but sometimes....(most times) they are.

are the form buttons ever disabled on the sample page you provided?  If so how
does one get them into that state?  What was the URL for that page?

==> B/G  (unlikely to be the Javascript engine itself)

you might also try a 1.4 when it comes out (soon).

The url for the main site is www.bpinet.pt , but to test this problem you would have to have an 
account there. The url of the frame whose source I provided is

About the sample page: 
 
When I load it, if I press "Alterar" it works and tries to open another page (which doesn't 
exist). Once I press "Confirmar", which doesn't do anything, then "Alterar" won't work 
anymore, until I reload the page.

I can reproduce the problem with the page you saved with 1.3, but it works fine
with 1.4 build 20030617 and trunk build 20030620.  hitting "Confirmar" submits
the form.

please try a newer build with the actual site to verify this is working and (if
so) mark this WORKSFORME

An example of this would be in yahoo mail, reply button won't work as well as
the attach files (in the add attachments screen)

that would be a different bug (see bug 265807, bug 251974, bug 251266 and bug
218110)
