I am unable to delete Personal Toolbar Folder. It seems that the function is
disabled in latest
versions of Mozilla on purpose.
However, it is unconvenient as I need to import bookmark frequently.
Each time I need to delete my whole bookmark and import the bookmark from my office.
However, as the function is disabled, I need to delete the folders separately.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the bookmark
2. Highlight the personal toolbar folder
3. Press Del

Actual Results:  
The personal toolbar folder is not deleted.

Expected Results:  
The personal toolbar folder should be deleted.

this is the correct behaviour. you must always have a valid folder that
"Personal folder" points to. 

if you go into "manage bookmarks", right click another bookmark folder, choose
"Set as Personal toolbar folder", and after that try to delete "Personal
folder", you will be able to delete it.

However, I can delete the toolbar in old version of Mozilla without causing
any problem. The personal toolbar is just left empty.

Can the feature be disabled for convenience?
I want to remove the whole bookmark with just a few clicks.

If one say that the feature prevent users from accidently delete
the personal toolbar folder, can a dialog box be prompted to confirm
the deletion?

Why?

I don't want my bookmarks in seperate folders, and don't use the Personal
Toolbar, I should be able to delete a folder that is for me essentially useless.

bug 88711: Mozilla is pretty bad at handling PT when it is deleted.

I don't think deleting PT should be allowed. Most regular users would not know
how to recover from a mistake of deleting PT folder.
