There should be a way to open a new main thunderbird window after closing it,
without having to restart the application.
A very nice solition would be if the cmd-1 cmd-2 and cmd-3 buttons worked to
open firebird, thunderbird and composer if they are installed on a system.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start up thunderbird
2. click the red X button to close the window
3. wish you could open it back up without restarting the application

Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
had a menu option to reopen the window/
