Details
Bugzilla needs to be moved to mecha as part of the process of transitioning
mozilla.org to the Mozilla Foundation. Preliminary work can be done now, but
mecha needs to land in its new colo space before the final switch is flipped.

I've got a mirror datatabase running on mecha with a Bugzilla installation
pointed at it:

I've now got a Bugzilla installation running on mecha which is using megalon's
mirror database:
http://mecha.mozilla.org/webtools/bugzilla/
megalon's mirror gets its data from mecha's mirror, so megalon won't need to be
reconfigured when we make mecha the master.
The only thing left to do is recompiled Template Toolkit on mecha with the
performance-enhancing FLUSH patch (or bbaetz's replacement).

I downgraded TT on mecha to version 2.07 plus the FLUSH patch. The patch
doesn't apply cleanly to 2.10, and it looks like there may be non-trivial
changes to take into account. Perhaps bbaetz' patch doing flushing for
everything is the solution.
