Ben, couldn't you cvs remove these files?  They don't seem to be part of the
build anymore since you made the move to toolkit/mozapps.

By the way, please have a look at my patch for bug 219191 before "chopping with

I'm going to close this bug now, remaining issues are all bugs, e.g.
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=227247 , or outside the scope of
this particular task.
