When "create filter from message" is used, the appropriate text should be filled
in when the filter-on field is changed (eg. sender to subject should fill in the
sender or subject of the message in the filter-text field).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. RMB click on "Create filter from message" on the email address field.
2. Change the filter-on field of the filter from "Sender" to "Subject".


Actual Results:  
The filter-on text remains the sender's email address.

Expected Results:  
Changing the field to filter on should auto-populate the text from the body of
the message (the field changed to "Subject" should change the text to the
subject of the message, the field changed to "Sender" should change the text to
the sender of the message).
