220031 - When i rollover a link with my cursor the link destination text is always black. It does not conform to the windows theme currently in use.

The link destination that appears when you rollover a link with the mouse cursor
is always displayed in black text, even when using a window theme that is
supposed to have white text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and install StyleXP (requires Windows XP) from here: (direct link)
http://files.themexp.org/tgtsoft/StyleXPInstall_1_0_1p.zip
2. Pick and install a theme with very dark window trim from http://www.themexp.org/
3. Launch Mozilla Firebird, roll mouse cursor over a link.

Actual Results:  
Link destination is displayed in black text.

Expected Results:  
Displayed the link destination in the color specified by the current visual
theme. White, in my case.
