Whne you work with IMAP, the default trash folder, in some localizated server,
isn't "Trash" but, for example in italian language, "Cestino" or "Posta elminata".
I ask to be able to change the default trash folder in account settings.
Now it's possibile for Sent or Draft folders.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an IMAP account where the folder for trash mail isn't Trash but a
localized name
2. Try to delete a message
3. Thunderbird make a new folder named Trash is this don't exist
4 Thunderbird move deleted message in trash folder.
This feature would be good for people using any IMAP server that doesn't use a
folder called Trash. For example, I have an IMAP account on an Exchange server
and it'd be nice if I could have TBird use the Deleted Items folder instead of
having to create a Trash folder.
After further searching this bug appears to be a dupe for either 24064 or
182274. 24064 includes a prefs.js fix for the problem, 182274 is about creating
a GUI.
Someone with authority should mark bug 222798 as a duplicate of this one.
It would also be nice to choose a Junk (or junk) message on the server.
Bug 24064 (resolved) allows you to change the name of the trash folder in the
prefs.js file. So you can do it by hand, but not in the UI. Bug 182274
addresses the need to be able to specify this in the UI (does that make this a
"dupe" or a "depends on"?)

*** Bug 216208 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Since the bug states "to be able to change the default trash folder in account
settings" he's talking about using the UI. This bug should be marked as a
duplicate of bug 182274.
back end implemented in bug 24064
front end to be implemented in bug 182274
