User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20031025 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6a) Gecko/20031025 I use to look for new "Latest builds" by chosing the QA menu entry "Latest builds" which usually brings me to the URL: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/ In build 20031023, this link was changed somehow to http://ftp.mozilla/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/ or something like that, causing an error 550. In build 20031025, the error alert still is: "550 pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/ no such directory." Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
This has nothing to do with Win32 and nothing to do with GFX... AIUI, the description is wrong; The menu always gave an ftp: URI, the menu hasn't changed and is still giving the same ftp: URI, and the problem is simply that the server itself changed such that the old path is now invalid.

I am sorry about putting my bug report to the wrong "slot" as there are many. I looked for the right one, of course. By the way: My bug report claims that the link was something with "mozilla.org" which is now "mozilla" only (without ".org"). If this is done by the server, okay. If not, it is a bug in Mozilla. PS: I wonder why asking the Bugzilla searching for [QA "Latest builds"] did not list bug # 221876. (This means I entered the two search parts "QA" and "Latest builds".) I always look for existing bugs first.

Now I see that this search engine does not accept couples of words closed in "", but litterally looked for "Latest builds". This is kind of unusual, isn't it. Maybe updating the search logic would decrease the number of bug report dupes, wouldn't it?

please file bugzilla enhancement requests in a separate bug (assuming they haven't already been filed) -- thanks
Changing: (OS) Windows 3.1 -> All, since Hardware = All. (This will help on bug 165825 :-))
