In the google search bar, I cannot seach in Japanese word.
But an English word does not have a problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Japanese is inputted into seach bar.
2.Enter key It pushes.

Expected Results:

Probably a dup of bug 225874.

Btw, the URL in comment 1 is missing the lr= value, so it 404s.  (Google should
return a 500 internal server error instead of a 404 not found.)
