Many windows e.g. password manager, cookies manager, find in this page window  etc. should 
have  close boxes on its title bars. Moreover, some windows shouldn't have a minimize  box, like 
find in this page window. My proposal for most of the windows is:
Find in this page window should only have: close/resize
download manager: the hide-buttons-and-status bar button on the right of title bar is not really 
needed
source window: the same as download manager
page info: the same
history window: the same
bookmark manager window: the same
preferences window: only close box
file bookmark: close box
cookie manager:close box only
image manager:close box only
edit form info window: close box only
'manage sites' window for form manager: close box only
password manager: close box only
'switch profile' window: close box only
Obviously, not everybody will agree with my suggestions, but for sure most of those windows need 
close boxes, the rest is a subject for discussion. One of the bugs, concerning find in this page 
window not having the close box is covered by bug 162257 . For sure, adding the close/resize/
minimze boxes should be followed with providing a cmd w or cmd m functionality.
