User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031018 Firebird/0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031018 Firebird/0.7 Starting with version 0.3 or 0.4 (I switched directly from 0.2 to 0.4), high ASCII chars can't be entered in the message compose window or anywhere in the program. This happens even when I run Thunderbird with a Norwegian locale setting, though they should actually work under the en_US.UTF-8 locale. Interestingly enough, this bug appears also in Firebird, however I'm not sure it's present in Mozilla itself since the problem only started in Thunderbird 0.3 or 0.4 and Firebird 0.7. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Find an area where you can input text. 2. Type a high ascii char using an international keyboard. Actual Results: The character doesn't appear. Or, rather, there's not even a space in its place. The only results are that there are none. Expected Results: The character should appear.
Never mind, it's some input method hijacking the text input under any locale
