I can not open a blank new message when my main mail window is not open. This is either through 
the menu or a keyboard shortcut.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Thunderbird.
2. Close main mail window.
3. Try to open blank new message.
Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
Opened a blank new message.

Lots of similar bugs in Firefox & Trunk. Mozilla's basic toolkit doesn't handle
the Mac distinction between windows and apps very well.

Somehow David's comment on irc sucked me into fixing this. Here's the fix - basically it is enable the command and then add some checking for things that we haven't got when we're the hidden window.

I've also disabled the new -> mail account (quick setup) for now as it doesn't work and its partner new -> account isn't enabled either.

Setting in-litmus? as I think we could have a test that is run occasionally to check for breakage when the main windows aren't open. We may be able to automate it via mozmill, but I'm not sure if that would work or not - litmus is a good first stop-gap.
