When i start Thunderbird through "thunderbird.exe -turbo" the Mozilla quickstart
appears within the tray area. If i open the context menu i see all entries like
Navigator... Clicking will result in nothing. I can close this icon but there
stays a running process which prevent me to start Thunderbird.

Fix should work but now Thunderbird should have the same behaviour like current
Firebird builds. I described it within bug 232700.
